ELLA BRUNT'S TEMPTING TACO SOUP
1 lb. cooked hamburger meat
1 can Rotel® tomatoes
1 can corn, drained
1 jar of salsa
1 package of McCormick’s Taco
1 can Ranch® style beans with jalapeños
1 cup water (more if desired)
Brown hamburger meat in a large skillet, drain off grease, add taco seasoning mix, beans, tomatoes,
salsa, corn and water, then stir well. Simmer for an hour over low heat to bring out all the zesty flavor.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with your choice of taco chips, grated cheese, sour cream, green or black
olives, onions or guacamole, as desired.
