1 chopped red delicious apple
1 18-ounce can of crushed pineapple and juice
1-2 mashed ripe bananas
1 15-ounce drained can of fruit cocktail
1 grated carrot
¼ -½ cup chopped dates
¼ cup coconut
¼ cup blueberries or strawberries
¼ cup maraschino cherries
¼ cup applesauce
¼ cup diced fresh or canned peaches or pears (drained)
¼ cup dried cranberries (such as Ocean Spray Craisins®)

Try combining different variations, such as Tutti-Fruitti (banana, pineapple and
maraschino cherries). Your family will love these easy-to-make muffins!
