STRAWBERRY YOGURT PIE...Easy and Delicious
1 Keeblers Ready Crust® (Shortbread or Graham Cracker—6 oz.)
3 Yoplait Original 99% Fat-free Strawberry Yogurt®(6 oz. each)
1 Kraft Cool Whip® (8 oz.) thawed
1 16 oz. container of stawberries (diced)—save 4-6 large
strawberries to cut in half to decorate the top of the pie
Mix the yogurt and Cool Whip® together, then stir in diced
strawberries and pour into the crust. Refrigerate and let the pie
set up for a few hours or overnight.
You can also place the pie in the freezer for an hour or more and serve it as a frozen cream pie.
Consider other options:
Blueberry yogurt with fresh blueberries
Cherry yogurt with fresh sliced cherries
Peach yogurt with fresh diced peaches
Blackberry yogurt with fresh chopped blackberries
Also, you may prefer another yogurt brand, but the thicker ones such as Yoplait® seem to work better.
